We design and fabricate double-glazed PVC-U conservatories in all shapes and sizes, for both DIY and trade customers. We design your PVC-U double-glazed conservatory to blend in with your home and provide that extra room, giving you added pleasure all year round.
Almost every conservatory we manufacture is different, just as people and their needs are different. We can draw on our many years of experience to come up with a design feature to help overcome a particular problem:
- one side of the proposed conservatory overlooks a neighbour or even a fuel tank? This can be overcome by the clever use of mirrors!
- you have a bungalow and want an Edwardian-style conservatory? The answer is to use box gutters! (see photo)
- OR your proposed conservatory roof slopes down towards an adjoining wall or roof, and you don't want to be limited to a lean-to style with a low pitch roof? Box gutters provide the answer again.
There is an enormous range of possible designs for your conservatory (see photo gallery); we can give practical guidance on what is technically possible. If you can provide us with a rough sketch and some sizes, we can usually produce a CAD drawing to show your conservatory in 3 views, together with a base plan and a quotation.
Once you have finalized your styles & dimensions we can give you a full set of final plans, so that you can construct your base.
If you are not confident enough to order the frames and roof of your PVC-U conservatory at this stage, we can check the conservatory base dimensions when you (or your builder) have finished it. We can then make any necessary adjustments to the frame sizes before we manufacture.
Your conservatory will come to you fully fabricated & ready to erect, with the roof pre-built & then stripped down and properly packaged with full instructions.

The roof system is Synseal 'Shield'; the frames are Synseal 'Shield' - therefore the extrusion colour & sightlines are the same!
Many PVC-U conservatories on the market have frames from one supplier and a roof from another supplier. This is like buying a car built by 2 different manufacturers!
