Print off either a window order form or a door order form, or write your sizes and styles down on a separate sheet of paper.

2. Get a quote

We can give you a quote by phone, email, fax, post or in person if you call in and see us.

3. Payment

Full payment for all orders up to £150. Full payment or 25% deposit for all orders over £150

Bank transfer – Telephone or email our office for details.

Paypal – You can use a credit card or direct payment pay by this method, you do not need to have a Paypal account, just an email address.  Telephone or email our office for details.

Post – Send a cheque, full payment for all orders up to £150, full payment or 25% deposit for all orders over £150.

4. Collection/Delivery

We operate mainly within a 50 mile radius of Bristol. Most of our customers collect their windows and doors from our factory.

If items are too big for your vehicle, we can arrange delivery at the basic costs to us.

*Delivery costs

90p per mile one way (.45p per mile round trip). To work out costs you can use ‘googlemaps’ to provide a postcode to postcode distance. BS4 5NZ to your postcode. note: if we can do two deliveries on the same trip we will split the costs.
